"My endeavour was to find an efficient battery which can help me out of that time. But that job wasn't quite easy as it sounds. It was easier to get out of that jungle, the reserved forest of 2651, but all I have to do next was a tedious and on the same hand a risky job. I was absolutely sure that no man there in that time will trust me if I say all the truth to them or rather I can't trust them. If I told anybody that I am a time traveller and now I need a battery which has the capacity of ten lakh watts for my return, they will spread this news and for sure many problems will happen. So I, after getting out of that jungle, has the aim to steal what I want. To be a thief, for not only my but for the people of a century's good.
On my way, I found news that the large meteoroid which is a nightmare of all scientists and all the people for years, is coming towards earth faster and will reach close by the next month. The people who encountered this fact by a laugh at first is being panicking now. I can see how they feel. It was exactly like you Oliver, helpless and scared. Everyone was prosecuted to die by the law of fate!
I felt it was the better time to go and search for what I want because I thought strong that the panic situation in people is a great opportunity for me to get what I want without much effort. I did a try but failed. Did another but couldn't able to run carrying that mass. At last, the police caught me as a result. By then I have done four tries and hurt two people. That was enough for a stranger to be imprisoned. But that gone good. When I entered the cell and the police had gone, somebody from behind grabbed by my neck and strangled me. I thought that that would be a freaky-coprisoner but as a surprise that was you, trying to kill me for the things I have done on you. Mr Oliver, you were there in the same cell I got, on the reason that you a complete stranger yelled at the people like a mad man and hit the police who came to solve the issue, with a bottle on the perfect centre of his rounded head. Wow! That was enough for you too. And the coincidence made us meet again, in the prison. It was a little hard for me to convince you and turn you to my path for both's sake. But I did, at last, promise you that I will fix all and bring you back to the exact place you were. I told you all the facts about what happened. From time travelling to where we were then. Just exactly how I am telling you now. I was sure that if you work with me, we might be able to get out of that time before the meteoroid swallow the entire earth. If not, we will too die in the crisis killed over a major percentage of the total humankind in the world!"
I forgot all my pains and sorrows of mine, which had been crushing me with its enormous hands all the days from the past week, by melting on that adventurous thriller real story in which I have a great role. But the realisation of the reality of the story indeed is forcing me to frown at times.
"We tried our best to escape from that cosy little prison of the twenty-seventh century. But the technology was too good that we couldn't able to breathe a little air outside the cell. My time's technology is not as good as in the 2600s. After world twist, we have to start from one which made us develop all the things again. The only belonging that the survived people had determination and some knowledge. It was similar to that of a start over from the wandering life itself! It took a lot of time and the fact is that even in my time itself the developing process was not have been completely completed. If the world twist didn't happen, we may be technically much more powerful than anyone can imagine. Anyway, let's get to our story. We started trying and trying again to find a way out but couldn't. At last, that day came, the World twist is just some hours away. All the people were in an extreme panic situation. They were running, phone calling, hugging and crying helplessly. In front of them, a dark large ball is coming shading the earth. All they have and all they dreamed were going to destroy! Many high classers of the society were gone to the next face of the earth hoping to be alive but the helpless low classers are running to and fro in the place where they are. Anyway, everyone would die and only almost five lack would rest. Science is helpless, scientists are hopeless, so do the people! The atmosphere is fully filled with screamings and nuisance. And hearing these all, we were still there in the prison, like all the other prisoners. Thinking that prison is our last place.
It was sudden. Only one hour was left for the meteoroid to come closer to earth, the Police officers offered all the prisoners, including us, freedom. The freedom to run away anywhere we like, for the first in history. Police officers also were running behind us for going to their homes and to meet the people they love, for the last time. We two ran together for the last try, if it succeeds, we will win and if not we will too vanish with the course of time. We took the battery from somewhere and pursued running together with that fifty Kilogram weighed stuff. All people were living the last hours of their lives by different and different means. Many were running with their family, many lying on the sand dropping the salty water from their eyes, many running with the money they have, and a lot many burning their savings, many doing heists in the banks, many eating and drinking the foods in the shops for free, and only two are going with a fifty Kilogram weighed battery with a little hope in mind!
It happened earlier than we reached the Time machine, making the people fool, the sky became clear by the deviation in the path of that enormous guy. All the city became silent looking at the sky but it took not so long to happen the huge earthquake. People again started spreading out the nuisance. Huge cracks happened to the earth crust and by the way, we lost our battery too. We were just to reach the machine but we lost everything within a little distance. Desperation started swallowing us but something good power which people believe as God helped us by pouring some fortunes to the unfortunate humans. We saw huge Tsunami waves coming towards us from the sea and the glowing time machine at the same time. Somehow our machine got the charge to do travel. If my calculation is correct, that would be because of the deviation that happened in the Earth's orbit. Anyway, our Time machine was fully loaded to help us out of the Twist.
We waited no longer because seconds can cause fatal problems. The forest was fully sounded by the scary screaming of the birds. From the distance, the sounds of the destruction of human-made hopes echoed on each of our ears painfully. Human screamings were slowly erased by the rush of water. The intense light on our machine started spreading out. Seeing the huge trees touching the ground, we said goodbye to that world, to that time."
